This page is for help with Lemon Squeezy Licenses, if you have an older Gumroad License, use this page.

How do I manage my license activations?

You can log into the Lemon Squeezy Site and manage your licenses on the My Orders page. Clicking on your order, then on your license details allows you to view your license info and the ability to deactivate. Only one user can use the app per license, but you can use the license on up to 2 computers at once.

Errors and Solutions

Activation Failed
Please follow the "Lemon Squeezy License Troubleshooting Steps" at the bottom of this list of dropdown items.
Invalid License
First make sure you are pasting in your license correctly and exactly as shown in your receipt or on your Lemon Squeezy account.
This page lets you directly manage your Lemon Squeezy license. If your activation did not go through in the app itself, but you see it as "Activated" in your customer dashboard, go ahead and deactivate that activation. This frees up your license to be used again.

If you still have issues, please follow the "Lemon Squeezy License Troubleshooting Steps" at the bottom of this list of dropdown items.
License Not Active: This license key has reached the activation limit.
You can activate up to 2 computers at a time. If you have used both of your activations, you can deactivate one of your computers to allow you to activate the app on a new computer.

In the app's menu go to Help>License Info. In the window, press the "Deactivate" button. Copy your license number from either the window or your receipt. Restart the app and register again using your license number and it will reactivate.

If you have trouble with the deactivation in the app, login to the Lemon Squeezy website and deactivate it there.

Computer ID Issue
This is an unfortunate error that occasionally occurs in the licensing system. However, it is easy to fix.

In the app's menu go to Help>License Info. In the window, press the "Deactivate" button. Copy your license number from either the window or your receipt. Restart the app and register again using your license and it will reactivate.
If you have trouble with the deactivation in the app, login to the Lemon Squeezy website and deactivate it there.

Internet Connection Issue
First make sure you are on the latest version of the app/s. Visit the download page here.

If you still have the issue, please follow the instructions below so I can help you.

Download and use this simple app at the link here , then copy and paste the number you see into your message in the form below. (The number is a MAC address which is used for the licensing).

Make sure to use this app to get the number, even if you think you know your MAC address because computers can have multiple MAC addresses .

Lemon Squeezy License Troubleshooting
1. Make sure you have updated the app to the latest version (or latest beta version). Click Here to access the latest version of the apps.

2. In the app's menu go to Help>License Info. In the window, press the "Deactivate" button.

Note: If you have trouble with the deactivation in the app, login to Lemon Squeezy orders where you can see the current status of your license activation. You will be able to deactivate it in this dashboard.

3. Copy your license number from either the window or your receipt.
Restart the app and register again using your license number and it should reactivate. If not, follow the additional steps below.

4. In the top Menu navigate to Help > License Info. At the bottom of the License Info window, click Delete License Files. Copy your license number from the window to have it handy. Quit and Reopen the app and register again.

Attach the main.log file to the contact form (Go to the menu in Help > Show Log Files to reveal the file)
