right-clicking the logo inside the app.

A pack came out wrong

The app can record exactly how it built that pack, so I can see what happened. This is the best way to get me complete information.

  1. Right-click the logo and turn on Enable Reports
  2. Process the problem pack again
  3. Right-click the logo → Bundle Troubleshooting Files
  4. An email opens and the bundle is revealed on your computer. Drag it into the email and hit send.

Please include specifics of which pack had the issue and what was wrong. Include a shared link to the pack folder itself if possible.

Send me your main log.

  1. Right-click the logo and choose Main log › Send
  2. An email opens and your main log is revealed for you. Drag the file into the email and hit send.
