Notes on the update

  • Some existing users may have an issue registering. If so, use the link in the registration message and we will fix it!
  • Previous preferences/keywords may potentially be overwritten, so make note of any customization you have set up.
  • Mac users can name the Beta version of the application differently from the current version (ie; "Kit Maker Original" and "Kit Maker Beta" to be able to switch between both. I am not sure if there is a PC equivalent of this.

    • Auto-Sort button (Sort an unorganized folder of loose samples, by using keywords in filenames, before importing)
    • Organize by filename is attempted when processing a sample pack folder that has less than 3 category folders ("Kicks, Snares" etc). This is an option that can be disabled in the Preferences.
    • Deluge kit errors fixed and newer version of preset architecture.
    • Deluge side chain defaults to 0. End Sample Position fixed.
    • Deluge kits are now organized into folders (which is now allowed in a Deluge firmware update!)
    • Quick Guide added: A small guide built into the app to explain to users the basics.
