Issues or Errors with your Gumroad Registration (or License Exceeded)

A small number of Gumroad users may get registration errors (or exceed license uses) when opening or updating the app. However, we have solved this problem by migrating old Gumroad users to a new licensing platform called Lemon Squeezy.

Simply use the "Get Your License" button at the bottom to visit the Lemon Squeezy login page. Use the same email address from your Kit Maker purchase and “Reset Your Password." Follow the instructions to get a new license for your app/s. After that, you're good to go!
You can always see the status, manage your Lemon Squeezy license and download content via the Lemon Squeezy dashboard you logged into.

Once you have your Lemon Squeezy license, paste that into the app. You will no longer need the old Gumroad ones.
If you see duplicate licenses in your account (ie 2 Kit Maker licenses when you only purchased 1), use only 1 license and ignore the duplicates (mistaken duplicates will be disabled shortly).

Other Issues

Internet Connection Issue
First make sure you are on the latest version of the app/s. Visit the download page here.

If you still have the issue, please follow the instructions below so I can help you.

Download and use this simple app at the link here , then copy and paste the number you see into your message. (The number is a MAC address which is used for the licensing).

Make sure to use this app to get the number, even if you think you know your MAC address because computers can have multiple MAC addresses .
